Shipping policy

We ship to the United States, APOs, FPOs, and Canada. Certain products might have shipping restrictions, and international shipping might not be available for some items.

Orders are shipped promptly, and some items, like spray tan systems, may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. Express shipping delivers within 1-3 business days after processing. During the slower season, orders are packed and shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Be aware that shipping rates are based on weight for many items. The weight of each item is listed on its detail page. As per our shipping partners' policies, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. A new shipping fee will be invoiced and must be paid before the order is resent.
