Our policy allows you to return unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, except for a 20% restocking fee and applicable shipping fees. If the return is due to our mistake (like an incorrect or defective item), we'll cover the return shipping costs.
You should expect your refund within four weeks after you've sent your package back. However, in many cases, refunds might process faster. This time includes the transit time for us to get your return (5 to 10 business days), our processing time when we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and your bank's processing time for the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
To start a return, email hello@xtansunless.com with your name and order number. Once approved, we'll assess your return request and provide a return shipping label.
Please note that tents, backdrops, and extraction fans are final sale. Tents are guaranteed for defects in workmanship and fabric only; any defect should be reported within 7 days of delivery. Caution is advised when collapsing pop-up tents to avoid frame damage.
Shipping
We ship to the United States, APOs, FPOs, and Canada. Certain products might have shipping restrictions, and international shipping might not be available for some items.
Orders are shipped promptly, and some items, like spray tan systems, may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. Express shipping delivers within 1-3 business days after processing. During the slower season, orders are packed and shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Be aware that shipping rates are based on weight for many items. The weight of each item is listed on its detail page. As per our shipping partners' policies, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We are pleased to offer a discount code for free shipping on orders of $300 or more. Please ensure the code is applied at checkout to qualify. Kindly note that free shipping does not apply to equipment or bundled packages.
